RESIDENTIAL NEW URBAN INFILL
An existing infill lot will be utilized to construct a compact modern single family home. The foundation from the former house on the site will be reused for the new home, meaning that the new design was organized to fit within the footprint of the existing house.
Several design options were presented that reflect the clients wish for a clean design with Japanese influences. A carport is incorporated for additional off-street parking.
